Showcases polished projects, published or unpublished. Speakers can be faculty, postdocs, or graduate students who have a largely completed project. The audience includes WashU and non-WashU scientists unless otherwise requested by the speaker.

BIG Works-in-Progress
Every other Thursday, 4–5 p.m.
A space for trainees (postdocs or graduate students) to present their projects and seek feedback within the WashU community. The audience will include only WashU scientists.

BIG Happy Hours
Select Thursdays @ 5pm
An opportunity for WashU Trainees and Faculty to meet after working hours, relax, have fun, play games and eat/drink.

The Brain Immunology and Glia (BIG) Center funds $500 travel awards for presenters who have been given a talk at national and international conferences. Although the BIG Center sends out calls for Travel Award applications throughout the year, we will also accept applications on a rolling basis outside of these set call times.
BIG Scientific Image WINNERS!
The Brain Immunology and Glia (BIG) Center announced the winners of our Scientific Image Competition at our March 23rd WiPs. Winners will receive $500 towards conference travel!
